Ambreasha is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of getting results in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years. Born and raised in North Minneapolis, Ambreasha’s passion for wanting to work in the community she grew up in—a community she sees as so rich with culture, a deep social fabric, and interconnectedness—led her to attain her Master’s in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Ambreasha has made it her mission to be a part of solutions that challenge the negative narrative about North Minneapolis; turn around the long-time underinvestment & disinvestment through grassroots work with a racial equity lens. Ambreasha is currently Project Manager at Minneapolis Urban League, leading a local culturally-anchored collaborative pilot program of the national African American Financial Capability Initiative. Skilled in project management, business/organizational alignment, training, facilitation, results mapping, project coordination, and strategy development and mapping, she offers these services through A. Frazier Consulting which launched in 2014.
Tanika has over 20 years of experience in human services, including work in employment and training, family support, and administrative services. She brings a person-centered focus and a passion for bringing real, practical change to the lives of individuals in the community. She sees the bigger picture systems that impact people, and seeks ways to create meaningful pathways for change. She has worked for the Northside Achievement Zone and Northpoint Health and Wellness in family support roles. She currently works as a project lead at Twin Cities Rise.
